Kelly Duncan is a bankruptcy attorney with Debt Relief Legal Group, LLC, where she focuses on helping individuals and families navigate the bankruptcy process and find a path toward financial relief. She joined the firm in late 2025 and is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Kelly earned her law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School’s Tampa Bay campus, where she was a Mock Trial Competition winner and served on the Mock Trial Board. Her experience in advocacy and litigation continues to inform her approach to representing clients.

Kelly practices in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and garnishment matters. She especially enjoys bankruptcy law because of the opportunity to provide meaningful relief to people during what can be an incredibly difficult time. For Kelly, one of the most rewarding parts of practicing bankruptcy law is seeing clients leave the firm in a significantly better position than when they first walked through the door.

She believes that an informed client is an empowered client. Kelly enjoys taking the time to explain the bankruptcy process, answer questions, and help clients understand their options and what to expect at each stage of their case.
